The Format: "Timed Rotation"
Since 16 players on 3 courts means 12 people playing and 4 people sitting at any time, use a timer to keep the flow.
1. Scoring:
Play "Rally Scoring" (points on every serve) to 15, or play timed rounds (10–12 minutes each). Timed rounds are better for 90-minute slots to ensure you don't run over.
2. The Rotation:
Winners: Stay on the court but split up (partners become opponents).
Losers: Exit the court to the "waiting" area.
Waitlist: The 4 players waiting come on to fill the open spots.
3. Visual Flow:
Court 1: 4 Players
Court 2: 4 Players
Court 3: 4 Players
Bench: 4 Players
After each round, the four people on the bench rotate in together. This ensures everyone plays 40 minutes out of the hour.
